Special Report – A “Great” Family Visit

Last weekend we took the long drive out to Burbank to visit your Great Grandma McIntire and ended up getting to see 3 of your Great Aunts as well! Tia Nena, Tia Mary and Tia Lynn all drove over to Grandma’s house to see you. What a special girl you are to get to much Great attention! Haha. Okay, I’m done with the puns for now.

But seriously, it was a really nice visit.  Unfortunately, Tia Lynn and Tia Mary came right in the middle of one of your naps so they didn’t get a chance to hold you this time. But Momma and Daddy at least got to spend a little time with them. Here they are with your Papi, the 3 McIntire Children.

Since you call my Mom “Mima” and Daddy’s Mom “Granny,” Great Grandma McIntire is your only “Grandma” so we’ll just call her that from now on… for future reference. Phew! Now that we got all that out of the way, here’s a few pictures of Grandma holding you. You’ve grown up quite a bit  since our last visit to Burbank and everyone was duly impressed.

Tia Nena, Mima’s oldest sister lives in Glendale and visits your Great Grandma regularly. So we had Grandma call her and tell her to stop by without telling her why. She got a Great surprise (I’m sorry, I can’t help it) – You!

Of course, you did all kinds of fascinating things for everyone while we were there like….
