We’re big Disney fans, and Tangled is one of our favorites! We had so much fun putting together all the little details for Adela’s and Josiah’s Rapunzel and Flynn costumes. Flynn’s frying pan, satchel, and big floppy-topped boots. Rapunzel’s flowered braid, best friend Pascal, and tiara. And then Craig and I bribed them with M&M’s and a lot of silliness to get them to cooperate for a 10-minute mini session in our front yard before heading off to a local Harvest Festival. It’s always a little stressful for parents timing Halloween costume pictures between dinner, nap times, and events, but it’s worth a few stressful minutes to remember how darn cute they are, don’t you think? I just love scrolling through my facebook feed on Halloween and seeing all my friends’ littles done up in their Halloween best!

Not going to lie. This month was tough! I missed quite a few days. But some is better than none. Better bad light than no memory. These precious little faces are preserved for another month. Here’s October in one second a day… or at least almost every day. The 10th installment of a {Daily Cup of Jo} my 365 project for 2015, the year our little guy was mostly two, now newly 3.
