I’m so excited to be working with Jackie this year, and am finally catching up to blogging her maternity session even though I’ve already met and photographed the sweet baby in that perfect belly of hers. She contacted me a while back about a “Year in the Life” series for her little one and we’ve set up appointments to photograph baby Kennedy as a newborn (done!), at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and a year – a whole series designed to commemorate Kennedy’s first year. The series will be even more special because Jackie’s husband has been and continues to be deployed. He wasn’t able to be around for the birth of his baby girl and he’s working hard overseas during the first months of her life. So, the least we can do is provide him with some beautiful images to help him enjoy his growing family from a distance.
So brave and selfless, both of them. Thanks for your service to our country Jackie and James! God’s blessings and protection on your family. May the time, despite your separation, be sweet and pass quickly until you’re reunited.
